argh...feeling so sian...sometimes i can walk without any pain..most of the time i can't!...the pain just keeps coming back...today was one such day...felt so sucky without being able to move around freely, without being able to run and hop... guess i might have to make a trip back to the chinese physician again...! =(

anyway, i met up with my JC mates on friday night!.. We had a nice meal at the Ikea restaurant before proceeding to Haagen daz at anchor point for some ice cream..haha..the ice cream there was like so so nice...but what was better was to find some time to catch up with my JC mates... and Mr Lee too...he popped by for a while to talk to us!

had a family outing yesterday too...was chatting with all my aunties and uncles... but then found out the fact which is i am old le!...all my cousins were so young and active...felt so out of place there...not much topics to talk about with them..the only common thing was playing FIFA 2005 on PS2 with them...haha..

yep..think not much things are going on in my life...gotta call the "recommended" driving instructor once my leg is ok and start to learn driving! will be going down to pulau ubin tomorrow to do some recce...guess i am walking too much..sigh..but will try to rest as much as possible ba.. the whole of next week is filled with work...and will be staying at ubin for saturday and sunday!...yep..so don't think i will update blog anytime soon...signing off..~

time for some quick updates...hmm..went for an X-ray on monday!...my leg shud be fine le~...just that needa rest for at least 2 weeks...yep..will stop myself from exercising these few weeks!...will try i mean to stop myself i mean..

just reached home from a movie at jurong point...watched Mr n Mrs Smith with jianwen, wenjun and kailun....eh..think the show is so-so only...not really worth the ticket price..haha.. Initial D will be next on my list..hope that would be better! =)

oh ya..i just found a new hobby le!...suddenly found out that i am into reading books...i mean those non fiction self improvement books....yep..found out that i had been reading a lot in these few weeks...more than ever in my life...hope i would carry on with this..think would be a good hobby to pick up?...especially to improve my lousy english! =)

woke up in the morning with a sharp pain in my leg.. can't even walk properly ..sighz..then i went to see a chinese physician somewhere near paya lebar. He did accupuncture on me and twisted my whole body...super pain..i was like screaming silently..haha..cmi... now when i walk there is still some pain in my leg...shud have went to see the chinese physician earlier...drag and drag...the sin seh told me that if i went to him later then it would have become a slipped disc!...didnt know it will be so serious...dumb me.. after that i took the day off as sin seh dont have MC one.. wasted another day of my leave again..

because of this don't think i will be able to go to Ubin for Area 18 ATC tomorrow... sorry guys...can't go down and accompany you all...ya...hope u guys will enjoy!.. Staying at home is so boring...luckily i still got "rich dad, poor dad" to read...hopefully can finish reading this book over the weekend! Gotta stop exercising for at least 2-3 weeks!...torture!...but i shall learn to rest more @ home...yep... =)

hmm..back for some updates...stupid IE..hanged the last time i tried to post my update...hope it will be fine this time round!..

Hmm...time really seems to fly huh... friday is coming soon again! Can say that i have had an eventful week till now... Firstly, i went to airport to send off my bosses to Hong Kong for the study visit!... hope they will enjoy the trip..haha..esp Head CS...who gave me the "reluctant to leave look" at the airport before he boarded the flight...haha.. wonder how he is now..

I also went to meet up with weiting and jianwen @ swensens on monday night! had a great dinner with them!.. Thanks guys! really enjoyed the meal and the catching up..meet up again soon k! .. just reached home from cineleisure where the whole lot of us( Ms Loy, Melvin, yieping, peishan, yijuan and han xiong) celebrated peiqi's birthday!...haha..we gave her a surprise by suddenly appearing at the K-Box with a cake!...hope she enjoyed the celebration!

die le...really ate a lot today... went with ker wei in the afternoon to eat 2 plates of hokkien mee and char siew bao...haha..is that a lot?...shakes head...gotta control my diet now that i cant exercise for like 1 month because of the injury to my hip?...ya..hope i can control! =) and there will be no more soccer for me for at least one month..really sianz...

Already have programs filled for the rest of the week le...tomorrow there will be range duty, saturday will be going to pulau ubin for some atc stuff and on sunday, i gotta have lunch with my family! its fathers' day! remember?..yep...but life seems to be not really progressing for me now...gotta review life soon and make it progressive....yep... till next time, take care guys!

yo!..back for some updates!...getting lazy and busy lately and thus have not been updating my blog..yep...my computer is down with stupid spyware again...no time to go and get an anti-virus for my com yet..maybe reformat again sometime soon!

I passed my final theory test on thursday!!...haha..so happy..after like..erm..3 attempts?.. took the new format of the test and that is using computer to do the test...seems easier to me also..yep..maybe thats after 2 unsuccessful attempts..haha...here i come for my practical session!..hope i can get a license before i ORD?...yep..dats 26th March 2006..Thats the deadline!

Police Week Carnival is on today and tomorrow at the police academy!!... Ppl, please go down and have a look if u are interested! Went back today to perform some duty..that is helping to bring kids from underpriviledged homes to the police week carnival to have fun! yep..was really very nice to see them all so happy while in police academy. satisfying =)

Hmm...suddenly realised that i had been shopping, eating and spending a lot these few weeks..gotta cut down le.. cut down on the shopping, on the food and the spending!...yeah.. been having fun playing pool as well..think i played pool for like 3 times in this 3 days le?..haha...cannot make it..i better get back to proper exercising like jogging...getting more unfit and growing fat le..yep..hope i can spare the time to do all that i want to do!

juz reformatted my computer!! hope all the viruses and spyware are gone...yep!

had a real busy weekend last week...seems to me like i didn't rest at all and the week just passed by so quickly... went for some "establishment" visits, pooling, went to town(orchard, suntec, queensway) for shopping, went to harbourfront for dim sum and also to ikea to accompany paqi to look for her cupboard! really enjoyed myself a lot! Thx guys!! =)

my advance theory test is coming up soon on 9th of June...but still had not studied yet...so many many things that i needa do at home..sigh..reformating computer, tuition to my bro and sis...yep.. really really tired after my work but still got a lot of stuff needa do back home!.. hope i can make it for the test...yep..hope!

will be on 24 hours duty tomorrow! i will survive, i will survive...
