juz reached home from my second bbq in 2 consecutive days.. had a real busy weekend!

firstly, i met up with Boon Peng on saturday at westmall! After which we went to eat some nice hokkien mee behind bbss!.. really had a nice chat with him and hope the rest of the NS squadmates can meet up together soon for some gathering! Then, i went for a pooling session with kenneth and kerwei at mambo in the evening!..haha.. had some fun there before i proceeded to meet Ms Loy, Melvin and some of the NPCC people for the first of my 2 bbq at JJ's house! really had a great time there!.. with all the nice food ( esp Boo Boo cake!) and the nice company that i had!... haha...the only downside was that i ended up home late at around 2 am.. caused me to get some nagging from my mum on sunday..

sunday was much more less eventful but also fun nonetheless! went to my auntie's house in the afternoon for some "visit" before i ended up at bukit panjang where i had another BBQ session with some of my secondary school friends!.. haha..didn't really eat much there but the drinking from all the games made us all very full..think i am one of the few sober ones left after the BBQ! had loads of fun there! hope the outing next week to some buffet session with my sec sch friends would be still on!

shall stop here.. pardon me if this post is not so fluent?... feeling a bit jaded now... hope i can wake up early tomorrow and also survive tomorrow's meeting!...yep .. off to bed =)

|[ eventful! ]|

had quite a good and eventful week till today!

haha...first of all, i baked cookies!... unbelieveable right?... yep..i did it!... haha..but with help from my sis! quite a good experience...i would give myself 7 out of 10 for a first-timer! The cookie was fine but just a tad too sweet! The mixing part of the egg and the butter was terrible though...didn't have any mixer at home thus have to beat it manually till it became cream-like. spent like 1/2 an hour on it after which my hands really soften together with the butter... maybe i should go try to bake brownies with my sis next time round!

also went to ricetable on thursday to celebebrate ker han's and pei shan's birthday! although was belated celebration but think they won't mind! the food there was quite ok...but somehow or another everyone seems to be eating very little..think they are mindful of getting fat ba..haha.. i seem to be the only one that kept on eating... sad...

had also been reading up on the NKF saga the whole week... guess shall not comment any more after the many many reports from the media. What i really liked was the way Davinder Singh questioned TT Durai...haha.. really forced him to speak the absolute truth!.. yep.. btw

there is still Kidney Dialysis Foundation(KDF) for kidney patients! So actually can sort of support it more since NKF's management is so lacking in transparency..yep...one last comment..

hmm... had been having this "feel good" factor this whole week...dunno why but it seems to me that i am enjoying my work and all the other things that i had been doing this week! hopefully this will continue ba..

even though work is not at all that smooth, guess i am learning to like the work i am doing! even though i think i am getting more n more lazy... =( had dinner with miss loy, dom, cmdt, ezra and sean just now after the shooting! ..somehow or another we ended up at my hse market.. haha.. after which i just walked back home! Think the dinner was quite good and we should have more of this sort of outings! will help to foster better relationships i guess.. just like wad my JC class always do! HQ needs the people to have better relationships if possible! This will generate the kind of synergy to get things going more efficiently!!

my leg is slowly getting better i guess?.. although there is still pain... it seems to have subsided quite a bit! Shall go for some swimming this weekend if i am not lazy as swimming should aid the recovery of my leg! Will also try to get myself to read the book i borrowed from Ms Loy...yep.. its getting late le... off to ZzZz... =)

|[ back from Ubin! ]|

hmm..been 1 week since i last updated....just reached home today from pulau ubin after bringing some foregin visitors to join in the area 17 ATC! guess i had loads of fun there, despite the fact that i went to campsite for work purposes!... really enjoyed the company i had, the stay there, the bbq session and the campfire! sort of reminded me of the times where i went to the old campsite for my ATC when i was a cadet! the only downside of this trip was that i walked & ran around a lot due to my work... this was something that was not within my control... so i just hope that my leg can recover real fast!

oh ya..i also went for some accupuncture thing on monday... leg felt a lot better after that.. but the chinese physician advised me to take care of my body more and don't always eat fried and oily food..which i always do.. yep..so gotta start to learn to take better care le! frens out there... pls stop me if you see me eating oily and super unhealthy food k...haha...yep... but indulgence once in a while should be fine.. =)

tmr would be a long day for me again.. guess will spend all day preparing for my meeting on tuesday! so many stuff for me to do... but i am feeling energetic... !
